Naama Bay Hotel & Resort, Sharm el-Sheikh

The rooms were clean, big, and spread over a vast area with many steps, meeting my request from the resort. The hotel offers a mix of positive experiences with friendly service like the pool bar attended by Mr Romany but also some encounters with rude staff like the towelman.

The hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were nice for getting ready, but the bathroom leakage was a huge downside, damaging our belongings. The location was not ideal, and the furniture was disappointing. On the bright side, the service was exceptionally hospitable, with special thanks to the front desk staff. Dining had variety but lacked quality. Overall, an average stay with some highlights and drawbacks.

I had a wonderful time at this hotel! The rooms had a miserable view, but the view was absolutely wonderful, making me wonder what the poor folks in regular rooms were experiencing. The service was top-notch, surrounded by many helpful people, especially Ahmed Saad, Abdullah, Wael, and Alaa at the front desk. The location couldn't have been better, right in the heart of Sharm with excellent amenities and entertainment options. The dining experience, despite recommending it, lacked variety in soft drinks under the all-inclusive package. Overall, a memorable stay with some minor downsides.
