Location
Reviews and Ratings
The hotel had very ordinary rooms, clean with good beach and sea views, but lacked communication about connected rooms. The service was amazing and helpful, offering free room upgrades. The location was big with friendly staff and a variety of dining options. The dining experience had a large variety of foods available all the time, but some specific items were not up to standard. The facilities were satisfying.
The hotel rooms were very clean and neat, and my husband and I loved it despite the loud disco music from the street all night. Being in the main building close to the restaurant and beach was convenient, although the cleanliness downstairs wasn't as good.
The hotel rooms were a bit disappointing as they were dirty, with rubbish left inside and dirty glasses. However, the continuous support from Mohamed Omar and the housekeeping team made it alright for us. The location, although isolated with a sewage smell, had amazing and professional staff. The dining experience wasn't that good, except for the incredibly delicious variety offered.
The hotel offers clean and comfy rooms with friendly staff, although the dining experience could be improved with more variety. The location is great for evening walks in Naama Bay, but reaching rooms may be challenging. The dining options are good overall, with some minor issues with the fruit salad. The price is reasonable for the value provided.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were extremely cheap but surprisingly very well connected to me, and they were spotlessly clean with all the complimentary shower gels. The food was delicious, offering great value for money. The service was exceptional with friendly and informative staff who made my experience truly delightful. The location is ideal for visitors to Sharm Elsheikh, surrounded by restaurants and cafes, perfect for a honeymoon with peaceful isolation. The dining experience was very good, with great food, although the timing was a bit restrictive for divers like myself. Overall, a fantastic hotel with excellent amenities.
The rooms were clean, big, and spread over a vast area with many steps, meeting my request from the resort. The hotel offers a mix of positive experiences with friendly service like the pool bar attended by Mr Romany but also some encounters with rude staff like the towelman.
The hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were nice for getting ready, but the bathroom leakage was a huge downside, damaging our belongings. The location was not ideal, and the furniture was disappointing. On the bright side, the service was exceptionally hospitable, with special thanks to the front desk staff. Dining had variety but lacked quality. Overall, an average stay with some highlights and drawbacks.
I had a wonderful time at this hotel! The rooms had a miserable view, but the view was absolutely wonderful, making me wonder what the poor folks in regular rooms were experiencing. The service was top-notch, surrounded by many helpful people, especially Ahmed Saad, Abdullah, Wael, and Alaa at the front desk. The location couldn't have been better, right in the heart of Sharm with excellent amenities and entertainment options. The dining experience, despite recommending it, lacked variety in soft drinks under the all-inclusive package. Overall, a memorable stay with some minor downsides.
The hotel promised a better room but it wasn't up to expectations. The bathroom and shower needed deep cleaning. Some staff members lacked hospitality skills and were straight-faced when we asked about changing rooms. The location was fantastic with friendly staff, surrounded by restaurants and cafes in Naama Bay. The dining experience was exceptional with the best breakfast spread ever, though it was the only enjoyable aspect.
The hotel was a solid choice in Naama Bay, with a convenient central location close to the beach and nightlife spots. The rooms were not up to par, lacking cleanliness and modern amenities, but the staff provided helpful service. The dining options were limited, but the hotel's facilities were decent. A mixed experience overall, leaning towards the budget-friendly side.
My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, although they could use some updating. Unfortunately, I had no sea view from my room. The service was exceptional, particularly the housekeeping staff and hotel management who made my stay memorable. The location was superb, just a 5-minute walk from the beach in the heart of Naama Bay. However, there were some issues with the distance from the main building and an expensive upgrade.
The hotel offers spacious, clean, and comfortable rooms with a pleasant sea and pool view, exceeding my expectations in terms of size and cleanliness. The service was warm and welcoming, especially from Ghada and Mohamed, making my stay memorable. The location is ideal for evening walks in Naama Bay, with friendly staff ready to assist. However, the dining experience was inconsistent, ranging from delicious to poor quality dishes.
